Cardiff Peninsula Consortium is intending to apply to Cardiff Council for planning permission for a later living scheme on Plot 1, as the first step towards the regeneration of Cardiff Peninsula.
The proposed design delivers 77 apartments, with associated car parking, cycle parking and landscaping.
