Our Task
The Cardiff Peninsula Consortium Limited was appointed as master developer of Cardiff Peninsula by the Council in September 2023.
Cardiff Peninsula Corporation Limited is led by regeneration specialists Orion Land and Leisure, whose long association with the site dates back to the delivery of the very first elements of the International Sports Village 20 years ago. Until now, Orion has not been involved with the site since 2007.
By September 2024, the Council requires us to submit an outline planning application for the masterplan for the entire Cardiff Peninsula site alongside a detailed planning application for Plot 1, the current car park located between the Pool, White Water and Cardiff Pointe.
